Mobile breathing air for confined space and tank entry

Air2Work

Mobile breathing air system built and certified in Norway for Zone 1 areas, with automatic emergency air for confined space and tank entry work.

Air2Work supplies the E-Compressor, a mobile breathing air system made and certified in Norway for work in classified areas. It delivers clean breathing air to people working inside vessels, habitats, and other enclosed spaces during confined space entry and tank work, and it carries ATEX Zone 1 and IECEx certification.

Features and benefits

What separates the E-Compressor from a standard breathing air setup is the emergency response. It monitors the atmosphere and switches to emergency air automatically when it detects a hazardous level, which gives the person inside a defined exit path rather than a developing problem. It is built for confined space entry, tank cleaning, habitat work, chemical handling and paint operations, and abrasive work such as sandblasting.

Why it is in the Hub

Pulse represents Air2Work in Australia because the certification is the part that matters for a local site. IECEx is accepted here under the AS/NZS 60079 series without separate national approval in most cases, so the E-Compressor is usable on a classified WA site as it stands. For an operator planning a shutdown or a confined space campaign, the advantage is the automatic fallback of a purpose-built mobile unit over the breathing air arrangement currently used for the same scope.
